This website was created to help our residents, consumers and visitors to find out more about our wonderful Columbia County. This will include historical information, places to visit and pages containing the names and contact information for Carpenters, Caterers, Plumbers, Lawn Care Services, Antique stores, House Inspectors, Painters, HandyMan Services, Places to Stay, etc.. etc., that are located in and around Columbia County.
We are including, as a community service, FREE BUSINESS AND ORGANIZATION LISTINGS in the Directory of businesses and organizations. If you have a business, or are a member of any organization, in Columbia County, just register and click on "ADD YOU SITE" to add your business to the Directory.
Once registered, you will be able to add your upcoming events, meetings, etc to our calendar of events section.
Also included are community forums, restaurant and Theatre reviews, and local news that you might not see elsewhere. We will be continually updating both visitor information and the links to businesses and organizations on almost a daily basis. Please tell your friends, businesses owners and others to please use our free services and please let us know if you think we should add some additional links or services.
The first step is to REGISTER as a User on the website. It's FREE. Once you register, you will be given an unique Registration ID and password to access your account and you will then be able to add information to the Directory, Forums, Events Calendar, Classifieds, and give your opinions on any number of subjects.
If you are not computer savy, call us at 518-392-7062 and we will enter the information for you. We hope this new site will be user friendly and also hope that you will use the additional free services like the posting of your organizations events on a community calendar, etc.
